It takes a lot of courage to reach out to a therapist, and you've taken that first step already. I don't know your story yet, but if you are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, or loss, you don't need to go through it alone. You deserve support, comfort, and help. Whatever you're struggling with, you're invited to my office—in person or virtual—for a conversation.
I'm an open, gentle, sometimes sarcastic person. Therapy usually involves grappling with some uncomfortable feelings, but my clients and I also often joke and laugh in our meetings. I have training and experience dealing with a range of issues from grief to ADHD, but everyone's path is unique. I'd love to walk with you for as long as I can be helpful.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to face it alone. I offer a safe, supportive environment where you can share your experiences and begin your journey towards healing. With over 20 years working in the mental health field, I help children, teens, young adults, and adults manage anxiety, depression, and everyday struggles. I provide psychoeducation about how anxiety and depression affect each of us and teach healthy coping skills as a path forward in life.
I am trained in CBT, DBT, and trauma informed practices. My experience comes from work in various mental health settings. This includes providing in home services to children with Autism, years of experience working in day treatment with adolescents/teens, and now years of experience in outpatient therapy settings.
I genuinely value helping clients regain confidence and resume activities impacted by mental health concerns. If you have questions or want to learn more, I invite you to reach out. I’m here to support you every step of the way.

I believe that building a solid relationship is a key component of a positive therapy experience. I use a person-centered approach to create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for each person to share their unique story. I work regularly with the LGBTQAI community and feel strongly about keeping this a safe space for all.
I have a passion for working with college students/young adults, helping you to work through life transitions, and am constantly working towards destigmatizing sex and the like topics. People universally want to feel heard, understood, and seen, and I aim to provide this for each person.

There’s a lot in life we can’t control, but your power to make change is greater than you think. I offer a welcoming space to discuss life’s big questions or steps toward your goals. If you’re boxed in by work pressures, family conflicts, relationship issues, or harmful habits, let’s build a plan for change. If anger or stress are causing actions that don’t match your values, let’s draft a map for navigating hard moments.
My approach is flexible and nonjudgmental. I integrate tools from dialectical behavior therapy to help clients improve communication and build comfort with tough emotions. I take a strengths-based approach to highlight the skills and resilience you already have, and take an existential view with clients exploring their purpose in the world.

I am passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate the complexities of relationships and attachment. Utilizing attachment theory, relational dynamics, and some CBT, I will guide you in understanding how your past influences your present connections. My approach is rooted in empathy and collaboration, creating a safe space for you to explore your feelings, patterns, and behaviors. I believe that healing begins with awareness and that building strong, secure relationships is essential for our mental well-being. Together, we will work to identify attachment styles, challenge thought patterns, and foster deeper connections.
My areas of interest include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem, and trauma. I enjoy working with young adults, adults, and couples. For couples interested in pre-marital/pre-commitment work, I am certified as a Prepare/Enrich facilitator and can provide an assessment and feedback sessions.

Witnessing people create meaningful changes in their lives has been my greatest privilege as a therapist. Strong, loving relationships, healthy family bonds, vocational success, healing from wounds of trauma, and reconnecting to a joyful participation in life are some of the experiences I have been able to share with clients. I hold a Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy and bring my background in creative arts, trauma work, and rich life experience to help clients get past the barriers of anxiety, depression, and trauma.
My experience includes work with children, adolescents, adults and families. My primary specialty is trauma, but I also have a lot of experience with ADHD, children and adults impacted by divorce and family transitions. Other specialties include anxiety, depression, relationship struggles and compulsive behavior patterns.

Thank you for advocating for yourself and/or your relationship—it's a brave and vulnerable step. Sometimes life gets in the way of our growth. Sometimes our past casts long shadows into the present. And sometimes, it's the fear of the future that keeps us stuck. My experience includes working with children, individuals, couples, and families. I offer a non-judgmental and supportive space to talk through what’s been on your mind, what’s been worrying you, or what you’d like to change. I’m a person of color, fluent in Arabic and English, and committed to creating a welcoming space for people from all walks of life.
I take a person-centered, experiential approach—meaning our time together is focused on you. I believe each person is unique: I’m interested in your values, early experiences, cultural background, and how all of these influence your relationships and decisions today.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply trying to understand yourself better, I'm here to support you. I’m especially attuned to the unique challenges that can come with navigating multiple cultural identities, inter-generational expectations, or the pressure to appear strong while feeling stuck inside.

I believe it takes a lot of strength to reach out for help. Engaging in therapy often means a willingness to be vulnerable. It's an honor and privilege for me to experience that space with clients. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, grief, life transitions, or just feeling stuck, therapy can be a place to slow down and make sense of yourself, others and the world around you. I work with teens, adults, and older adults, and I especially enjoy supporting folks who are neurodivergent (like those with ADHD or autism), as well as older adults and caregivers navigating big life changes.
My style is warm, thoughtful, and low-pressure. I want you to feel safe showing up just as you are. I mostly use a psychodynamic approach, which means I’m interested in how your past experiences and relationships might be showing up in your current life.
I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). This type of therapy is commonly used for treating trauma symptoms, but can be used for anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and eating disorder symptoms. We’ll work together to notice patterns and build insight that helps you move forward.
