Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, ADHD, burnout, parenting stress, relationship challenges, or major life transitions begin affecting how you function day-to-day. I work with adults navigating emotional overwhelm, self-esteem struggles, caregiving stress, neurodiversity, and the pressures of modern life. I also work well with analytical and high-achieving individuals, including those in engineering and problem-solving professions. I especially enjoy supporting individuals exploring late-diagnosed ADHD, including individuals learning how neurodiversity has shaped their relationships, work, identity, and emotional well-being.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I use CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and person-centered approaches to help clients better understand themselves while building practical tools for emotional regulation, stress management, boundaries, communication, and self-compassion.
I also support parents navigating postpartum changes, shifting identities, burnout, and the emotional demands of caregiving. Many of my clients are feeling emotionally exhausted by the pace and uncertainty of modern life and are looking for ways to feel more grounded, connected, and sustainable.
